Sick day

*suddenly awakened from my daydream by two screaming kids*
Who takes care of the stay-at-home mom when shes sick? I just spent two days at home with a fever and I still had to take care of my responsibilities. I still had to change diapers. I still had to fix the kids their meals. I still had to monitor their behavior. Of course, I spent most of my time crashed on the couch with Nick Jr. on the TV all day long. My poor husband had to come home and do my job after hes done his all day.
Wouldnt it be nice if there was a Mommys sick today service? I could just call them up and they would show up at the house to take care of the kids and the house while I stayed in bed all day. They could even bring me chicken noodle soup and orange juice at lunch time. Maybe they could even watch the kids while I went to the doctor.
That would be nice.
Ive got the anti-biotic in my system now, so hopefully Ill be back on the job soon.
