What’s The Chocolate Show?  This is The Chocolate Show.

I’m not going to take this anymore. I’m arming myself with all the secret weapons out there and I’m going to fight this stupid morning sickness to the death.  I’m through with this nonsense.  Morning sickness will no longer control me.

This past week has been the worse.  I haven’t been able to eat much more than toast and I can barely swallow water.  This cannot be healthy for me or the baby.  I’m no longer the martyr…I’m going to combat this with everything in my power.

I went out yesterday and bought some sea bands, vitamin B-6 and Unisom (the secret here is ½ a tablet of Unisom before bed each night.)  If this doesn’t work, I’m going to take my doctor up on her offer for medication.  So far, so good.  I’ve had a few short waves of nausea, but nothing I haven’t been able to manage. 

Please, please, please let this work!  I have more important things to do than  sit around and let morning sickness defeat me.  I have to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet for me and the baby.  I need to be able to grocery shop for my family and feed them meals other than frozen pizza.  I need to nurse my cold and make sure my family doesn’t get sick.  I have to pack a house and move.  I have company coming soon and I refuse to be a handicap to their fun.
